Basic membership gives you fast and on-target support for servicing questions and keeps you up-to-date on innovations surrounding the HEIDENHAIN TNC controls. As a one-time sign-up bonus for each machine, you can choose a software option: Either CAD import/DXF (option 42) converter or Remote Desktop Manager (option 133, only for TNC 620 and TNC 640).

Premium membership gives you a valuable package of services with exclusive advisory and training offers throughout your entire membership period. As a one-time sign-up bonus, you will receive a learning set containing a full-version programming station for TNC controls with a virtual keyboard, three HIT licenses, and three HEIDENHAIN coordinate system models.
