Basic Membership

The free basic membership offers advantages and a lot of support for you. Benefit from fast support with your technical questions on the TNC Club helpline. Thanks to your club membership number, our NC specialists have all information about your registered machines such as the control type and NC software fitted so we can answer your request quickly and competently.

For each registered control you can choose to activate either the DXF Converter / CAD Import (Option 42) or the Remote Desktop Manager (Option 133) free-of-charge.

Faster service for registered machines: with your machine and control details registered in our database, our technical support specialists are able to more quickly understand your technical issues and respond accordingly.

Background, news, club events: our members stay up to date with the newsletter “TNC Club News”. Learn new control functions, get user tips and experience the versatile activities of the TNC Club.

Premium Membership

Overcome the shortage of skilled workers, further training at your location or e-learning with the HIT learning software – as a TNC Club premium member you can enjoy all the benefits of the club without restriction. The membership fee is $ 1,300 in the first year and $ 1,100 from the second year. 

For each registered control you can choose to activate either the DXF Converter / CAD Import (Option 42), the Remote Desktop Manager (Option 133) or the powerful optimized contour milling cycles OCM (Option 167) free-of-charge.

Benefit from the experience of our application engineers in your company for one day when booking a minimum three-day onsite training. The choice of subject is entirely up to you: fault diagnostics, optimization of programs or advice on processing options with the TNC control. You can design the on-site service according to your needs.

  • A choice between a TNC programming station with a virtual keyboard (milling) or a DATA PILOT programming station (turning)
  • A HIT Milling, 3-Axis Machining license (e-learning) for each registered employee
  • A HIT Milling, 3+2-Axis Machining license (e-learning) for each registered employee
  • A HIT Turning, 2+2-Axis Machining license (e-learning) for each registered employee 
  • Three HEIDENHAIN coordinate system models

You receive 20 % discount for up to three trainings or up to three registered employees and 25 % discount for a training of free choice for one apprentice per year.

TNC Club premium members are entitled to a 10% discount on the following products:

  • Purchase or retrofitting of a HEIDENHAIN 3-D touch probe package
  • Purchase of select Digital Shop Floor Products (max. $700)
  • Full TNC programming station with operating panel physical keyboard

Every registered employee receives an account in the online member area of the TNC Club with access to the current HIT modules, exclusive technical information on HEIDENHAIN products, content and links to discounted and free training courses as well as workshops and events of the TNC Club.

TNC Club Premium Members benefit from a 10 % discount on selected products of the Digital Shop Floor (maximum total of discounts is $ 700).
